58. To forget you

It was just a moment, I fell in love with you
for your pretty eyes

And within a minute, I rather suppressed it
and neither had you refused it

It was just hours together, we smiled
courted and hugged each other

And takes just a few weeks, to understand each other
for more glee

It was months together, we dated in seclusion
and engrossed as neither poles

And it was almost years, we spent together
and most are dulcet memoirs

And candidly, no time to time, the time we spent all alone
in intimacy

But take only a few minutes, we unglued ourselves,
for unknown reason

Yet, it has taken my whole lifespan to forget you
for the deepest true love, and yet I forget not
