My love gave breath to my life;
my life takes away my breath effortlessly

My love gave flower bed to sleep;
my life spreads thorns on my bed

My love spread flowers on the path I walk;
my life spreads thorns wherever I walk

My love gives pleasure and joy;
my life gave distress and discontent

My love alters my mind to walk with pride and proud;
my life made my mind to walk with shame and guilt

My love motivates and encourages me;
my life takes away my self esteem

My love hold my hand and take me to the material world;
my life left me lone and I realize the spiritual world
