Good attitude towards the environment (Yama)
leads good attitude towards ourselves (Niyama)
only then good physical posture is perfected (Asana)
and that leads to the control of breathing (Pranayama)
then mastery of sensual restraint is attainable (Pratyahara)
which in turn leads to concentration (Dharana)
and suddenly meditation happens; once you meditate (Dhyana)
the final integration with the universe occurs as oneness. (Samadhi)
